We, or a matched installer acting on our behalf, will contact you by phone about the quote request you made — our contact with you is directly related to that application and not used for unrelated marketing.
The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (and yours) in responding to the quote request you submitted, and taking steps at your request prior to any contract with an installer.
Who we share it with
Qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched installer covering your area so they can prepare and discuss your quote. We do not sell your information for unrelated third-party marketing. Service providers who host this site or help us operate it may process your data on our instructions under appropriate agreements.
How long we keep it
We retain quote request data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or to handle a dispute.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
